1 訓練の想定

午前9時30分、南海トラフを震源とするマグニチュード9.0の地震が発生し、赤江地域では最大で震度7を観測。
地震に伴い巨大な津波が発生する恐れがあり、浸水が想定されている沿岸部においては、早急な避難が必要。
また、地震により、赤江地域では家屋の倒壊、道路の損壊等が多数発生し、
電気・水道などライフラインにも大きな被害があり、自宅での生活は困難で
あることから避難所への避難が必要な状況。

1 Training assumptions

At 9:30 am, a magnitude 9.0 earthquake centered on the Nankai Trough occurred, with a maximum seismic intensity 7 observed in the Akae area.
A huge tsunami may be caused by the earthquake, and immediate evacuation is required in coastal areas where flooding is expected.
In addition, due to the earthquake, many houses collapsed and roads were damaged in the Akae area,
Lifelines such as electricity and water have been severely damaged, making living at home difficult.
It is necessary to evacuate to an evacuation site because of this.
