Balkan-style meatloaf and egg salad (spicy) recipe for the low carb and keto diet

Ingredients

600g meatloaf
200g frozen peas
2 peppers
5 eggs
350g ajvar
200ml mayonnaise
3 tbsp wine vinegar
2 spring onions
1 tbsp erythritol or xylitol
1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chives
1 sprig of parsley
1 hot fresh red chili pepper
100g pickled shallots
100g pickled mini corn on the cob
1 tbsp freshly grated horseradish
1 tbsp garlic granules
1 lemon
