it was so much worse than i could have imagined lol but hope you enjoy my tips on how to find the best apartments and deals these were all under $1700 which was my budget.

APARTMENTS:
1. echo park: $1350 (included water, street parking) 400sq ft
2. north hollywood: $1625 (included all utilities besides electricity, open parking) 500 sq ft
3. palms/culver City adj. $1595 (included gas & water, parking $50) 365sq ft

all of the other places i was looking at that went too fast were in venice, mar vista, miracle mile and ktown. check zillow, craigslist, hotpads & facebook marketplace for the best listings! if you want the property management companies i recommend, just message me on instagram @lawenwoss
