四川泡菜的做法

配菜
莲花白 一颗
胡萝卜 一根
豆角一把
红辣椒一小把
青椒 2大勺
生姜一大块
晒过的水 五杯水多一些
泡菜盐 40克 (盐的用量是水的3%)
室温避光腌制7-10天。


ingredients:

green beans half cup
fresh red chilli half cup
green Sichuan peppercorn 2 tablespoon
ginger 1
one day old tap water 5 cups
pickling salt 40 g
leave at room temperature for 7-10 days.
