How to make wearable bat wings, great for halloween costumes or cosplay. This technique could be applied to horns or ears as well.
These were made out of lightweight craft foam, and painted with acrylics. I used an airbrush (and iridescent inks) for the occasion, but it isn't an essential tool. The patterns are available on my website (see the links below). Un this video, I show how I built the wings, how to attach them thanks to a headband that can be worn under a wig, and how I painted them using acrylics, brushes, inks, and airbrushing.
