Hi guys, these are 2 coastal projects located in Mtwapa and Vipingo. Both clients have fenced their plots in preparation of the ambitious projects they want to start in 2024. Meanwhile, I'd like to wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
MTWAPA
-1.5 acre beach front property
-275m long driveway, 5m wide
-Perimeter wall length, 700m
-1000+ panels (3m height), 200 H-columns used
-5 panels are stacked on top of each other to build the fence, with one partially buried to act as a foundation for the rest
-Time taken: 2 months to fence the panels
-The client intends to build 4-5 villas starting in January 2024
-Total fence cost: Ksh 6M (USD 38.5K)
VIPINGO
-2 Acre beach front property
-138 H-columns, 484 panels (3m) used
-Stone blocks were used for the foundation
-4 panels are stacked on top of each other to build the fence
-Total fence cost: Ksh 3.3M (USD 21.2K)
-Despite being located next to a stone quarry, the client opted for precast panels to fence his property
-The client intends to develop a water ski resort and some residential houses starting in 2024
