For episode 6 of Gone But Not Forgotten with HPCL, we’ve got the car that put Hyundai on the map in India – the Hyundai Santro! The Santro was first launched in 1998 and evolved over the years, with the fresh “Millennium” styling in 2001, followed by another significant update in 2003 with the Santro Xing with better crash safety and fresh styling. The Santro hasn’t gone out of production yet — it is still on sale, though in an avatar that shares more in common with the i10 than the original Santro.
