A winning strategy includes:
1. Knowing where the exam is held, so you don't get lost and arrive late
2. Arriving early
3. Explaining how your medical issues make it hard for you to work. Don't use doctor talk, and don't talk about your MRIs
4. Being honest - exaggerating or making things up is the #1 way to fail your exam
5. Doing your best during the exam, unless something is painful or risky (risk of falling)
6. Being reasonably friendly and polite
