Every tech startup in the property sector, including Rightmove, Zoopla and it's predecessors, propertyfinder, findaproperty, Globrix, primelocation, Boomin, Homesearch etc has either failed, or survived but sold out, or turned on it's clients and exploited it's dominant position.

No wonder agents don't trust the tech sector.
