The Wola Massacre is one of the most horrifying events of the Warsaw Uprising. In just a few days in August 1944, German forces executed over 50,000 residents of Wola. The film tells the story of a very important part of 20th-century Polish history that we should remember. This story is at times very graphic, as were the events themselves. We have illustrated it with appropriate images. However, some of the most graphic scenes had to be blurred.
