This is part two of our sump pump problems. The first video covered how we handle a lot of water during these rainy times of the year. We have directed water to the front and the back of our house, created a waterfall and stream, and back yard in-ground tiling system. In this video we are running PVC pipes to the front of our house because the ones a plumber installed 1-1/2" deep froze over last winter.
Since this video, Daniel decided to tie in this PVC pipe out to our front sidewalk to the old PVC pipe going under the sidewalk so no water runs over the sidewalk now. Also, a Street Dept man asked when our street is replaced next year would we like our sump pump water pipe to be connected to the storm sewer pipe under the road. And we said YES, that would be very good. So yay, in 2025 we get a brand new street and the mess of this sump pump pipe will be solved.
