Hands on spotting can be great but there are often many other ways to achieve the same end goal. If you're an aerial instructor, you know that while you're spotting one student you're not available for the rest of the class.

In our teaching we use a variety of Self-Spotting techniques that give our students the control to keep themselves safe and progress through their skills. 🎓 And we've written an article all about it, complete with lots of video examples!

⭐️ This article is FREE and it's available at https://www.AerialFitOnline.com

One perk of the limited spotting culture we've always had at Aerial Fit is that we were able to smoothly transition into Covid-era teaching.

🧠 Staying physically distant doesn't mean you get to check out...it actually means you have to be even more mentally present and ready with cues and progressions to help your students and have a good eye for what they need besides a physical assist.

We custom programmed our Aerial Silks video library at https://www.aerialfitonline.com to present the skills just like we teach them. It’s like getting inside our coaching brains. Every skill includes not only a clearly demonstrated video with voiceover explanations and arrows showing you exactly where to look, we've also cross-referenced every skill with it's Building Blocks, Common Mistakes, Variations, Related Aerial Drills, Related Ground Drills, Next Steps, Future Goals, and Sequences.

And, you can also access Class Plans, Teaching and Training Inspirations and Challenges, Teacher Development articles, and more.
