Its an age old question.. Chesty vs Chin Mount.. What is best for capturing POV action on your GoPro? today we ride a the Ice House trail in St George Utah. It's the first day of spring and the wind paid us a surprise visit. it was all I could do to stay on the trail. had my full face helmet on so I decided to try chin mount like Alex from the single track sampler did when we rode this last month.
I am undecided on what I actually like best. I have always used chest mount, but some of the angles I got from chin mount are pretty cool. You decide..

about the trail :This trail is a rowdy old school downhill trail with some fast chunk, and a few easy rock gardens. There is a fair amount of peddling, but there are places where it’s easy to hit 30mph. It is 80% intermediate with a few short black diamond sections. Start at the junction with Forest Service 092 road. Follow the 092 double track down about a mile and watch for the single track on the right.

if you have never been here ,St George Utah has some of the Best Mountain Bike trails in the country.. but don't take my word for it get out here and ride.
