It felt great to see my Koolabung Codwalker get pulled under the water after a bit of a dry spell when it comes to Murray Cod fishing. While it wasn't a monster fish, it was still a decent sized Cod. I only fished for just under an hour but I also had a couple of swirls under my lure around the next bend. These things coupled with the very keen Cod earlier in the week that hit my lure 4 or 5 times lets me know that they are biting again at the moment - but for how long? I'll be doing my best to get out there and try at least a few more times before the weather starts getting too cold for them to want to come out to play.
