Today, I make one of my favourite lunch menus: Quiche
*RECIPE*(for 4 but 2 if you eat with someone like Josh)
for the pastry
300g plain flour
150g unsalted butter
salt
4-5 tbsp water
egg mix
4 whole eggs
250ml full fat milk (u can replace it with single cream or creme fraiche, which is better)
100g shredded gruyere/emmental/comte cheese
pepper
for the filling
300g lardon or if using bacon, reduce to 200g
hald an onion
**you can also pan fry bell peppers/tomatoes/mushrooms to your like
