The exciting part about our technology is how we use data to benefit airlines. There are three main ways our customers use the data: real-time monitoring, machine learning, and historical analysis.

Real-time monitoring helps prevent delays. For example, if a catering truck is running behind schedule, we alert the responsible person immediately. This reduces delays and improves on-time performance. Alaska Airlines and many JFK Terminal four carriers have reduced ground delays to just four to five minutes using our technology.

Next, we use machine learning to predict when an aircraft is ready to leave. This information helps with gate planning, resource planning, and departure sequencing. Knowing when resources will be available lets us adjust our plans and act accordingly.

Finally, we collect all this data for every flight, every day. With this large amount of data, we can perform historical analysis. This helps us analyze why certain flights were delayed or which gates caused more problems with GPU connections. We can use this information to improve airline performance and prevent future issues.
