Here's a new recipe that takes advantage of BACON. You might see smoked chicken cooked with broth, butter or both - but today we're going to take a new approach and use BACON.

Try this Chicken Leg Recipe at Home:
16 chicken legs
1 pound thick cut bacon
Spray margarine
Honey Money Cluck Rub
Hot Rub
4 aluminum half pans
32oz chicken broth
1 cup honey
3 tablespoons Myron Mixon Clear Hot Sauce
1/2 stick salted butter
3 tablespoons Myron Mixon Chicken salt
Myron Mixon Blackberry Sauce
Mix broth, clear hot sauce , butter , chicken salt in sauce pot. Heat on low until butter melts.
Remove tendons from chicken then inject with broth mixture. Apple rub.
Layer bacon in the bottom of 2 pans. Place 8 legs in each pan.
Place chicken on 300 degree smoker. Cook for 2-3 hours or until internal temp reaches 185 degrees. Sauce and serve em.
