花蓮市的最熱鬧商業區，主要是由中山路、中正路和中華路構成的三角地帶，因此也被稱為「金三角商圈」(Hualien Golden Triangle Shopping District／Jinshanjiao Shopping District) 或「三中商圈」，其中還包含公正街和大禹街組成的Ｔ型小巷商店街。這裡的夜晚非常繁華，知名連鎖速食餐廳、飲料店與咖啡廳、服飾店，應有盡有，逛街的感覺非常好，花蓮名產店也是十幾步一間，非常適合前來東部的遊客一遊，感受一下和西部鬧區街市的差異。
