Hi guys! Happy Valentine's Day πŸ’–πŸ’˜πŸ˜˜! Dropping a new vlog for y'all out there πŸ˜‰!
In today's vlog, my mom & I cooked baked salmon with white mushrooms + we did Q & A with a special feature from my dad πŸ§“! This is one of our family's favorite dishes because it is so flavourful and easy to make. For anyone who wants to try/make it, check the recipe below ⬇️. Enjoy πŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œ!

Recipe:
Salmon fish
white mushrooms
salt & pepper
parmesan cheese
mayo

1. Wash mushrooms
2. Dry with a paper towel
3. Take stems off and cut the mushrooms into slices
4. Season salmon with pepper and parmesan
5. Lay mushrooms on salmon until fully covered
6. Add parmesan on top of mushrooms
7. Spread a generous amount of mayo
8. Sprinkle a bit more parmesan on top
8. Bake covered in foil for 30 mins at 350F
9. Remove foil and add parmesan
10. Broil uncovered until cheese is golden brown and crispy
11. Remove excess oil or liquid
