The loneliness and hardship that the lonely and orphaned boy has endured so far. He makes a romantic date with his lover and this is considered as a beautiful and special experience for him. But apparently this moment of happiness ends because the lover's brother arrives and goes towards the orphan boy with violence and anger and fights with him and hits the orphan boy hard and breaks it with his fists.

This pain makes one's heart tremble. It represents some of the darkness and dangers that most orphans in society may face
