Check out the latest update ▶️    • KPop 3rd Gen Female Idol Vocal Rankin...

Please note that I'm using a set of Tier with some different labels to KVA but the criterias remain the same:
Weak = Substandard
Average = Standard
Above Average = Capable
Proficient = Competent
Good = Good
Great = Great
Excellent = Excellent

Only girl groups DEBUTED IN 2014 - 2019 and STILL ACTIVE are ranked (Gugudan's been in a hiatus since forever but haven't officially disbanded so they are still included).

This ranking is strictly based on technique, the development of one’s vocal ability so subjective and general aspects such as timbre, emotion, stage presence, stability, stamina, vocal range will not be analyzed.

Tiers and Ranks are listed ascendingly. Idols in the same tier will not be far ahead of one another, so it is justifiable to consider them equal, unless there is a noticeable difference, usually support in mixed register.

The performances shown here are only meant to showcase vocal highlights of each idols (mostly at their best), not the entire analyzing process. So feel free to let me know should you wish to watch the specific perf(s) that led to such conclusions.

I may have misheard the correct pitch of some notes so please kindly correct me if you happen to notice one. Also, covering 100% of the girl groups were quite too much for me and there’s a chance that I’ve missed out on idols with certain vocal development so let me know and I’ll consider including them in a future update.

The first few minutes were kind of rushed so you might want to pause for better reading.
