The easy way to process cocopeat into super-stable grafting media and planting media exemplified in the video is the easiest and fastest way to process cocopeat so that it becomes a good grafting medium or seedling medium for plants. Before discussing how to process cocopeat into good grafting media, I will first discuss what cocopeat is. Sometimes people actually know the ingredients, but when they say cocopeat they get confused by that cool term. Cocopeat is powder from processed coconut coir with a relatively uniform size. So, it's clear, cocopeat comes from the old and refined parts of coconut coir. Before using cocopeat media, you must soak it using water for at least one day and one night. Then if it's been a day and a night, in the morning the cocopeat will be squeezed and the water contained will be removed. Then the cocopeat is rinsed and squeezed again 2 times or more until the juice is colorless. This is done so that the tannins in the cocopeat are completely lost. And after that cocopeat can be used for grafting media, seedling media or planting media for your plants.
