Romana Kryzanowska's Revoltade on the Cadillac is probably the deepest spine twist you can get in the Pilates studio. It is based on an impressive ballet jump done by male ballet dancers in which the same leg that pushes off the floor lands on the floor after traveling around the other leg. There are multiple variations of the Revoltade including the active leg bending as it passes over the other leg, staying straight, and it can be done while the body is turning in the air.

Getting the foot on the Table of the Cadillac requires an enormous twist in the torso, but one of the keys to reaching the mat is to first move the Trapeze foot to the center of the swing before taking the active leg around it. The Pilates version of a Revoltade is the closest I'll ever get to doing the ballet version but it has the added challenge of working the shoulder mobility and the added benefit of a chiropractic adjustment!
