I'm going to show you a new twist on a pasta recipe today. I love to eat pasta with minced meat and for a Bolognese there are many other ways to prepare your pasta deliciously. Smaller noodles work best with this recipe. Cooking everything in one pan or pot saves time and dishes. If you're cooking the noodles this way, you'll need to be mindful of how long they take according to the packet instructions. Many varieties need about 8 minutes. But there are also varieties that are ready after 4 minutes or even 14 minutes. If they take longer, adjust the cooking time and possibly add more water. Of course, if they are al dente faster, you can reduce the time and also minimize the water a bit. I always try my noodles in the meantime😋, so I know the fastest when they're ready😃. Bon appetit🥰 !

Ingredients for 3-4 servings:
1-2 tablespoons oil
400g minced meat
2 cloves of garlic
Salt pepper
500ml tomato sauce
400ml water
400g uncooked pasta (e.g. Mezzi Rigatoni)
250g frozen peas (or from a jar or can)
1 can of corn (approx. 250g)
70g Parmesan
parsley (optional)
