How to make acorn cookies using flour made only from regular acorns. These simple gluten free acorn cookies are quick to make and delicious. Only hand utensils are used - no mixing machines.

Adjust the recipe to taste. If the cookies are too sweet or not sweet enough, too dry or not dry enough, adjust the sugar and/or butter quantities accordingly. Don't change them too much, or the consistency of the cookies will be affected (they'll melt flat or fall apart). Experimentation will find the "sweet spot".

Addendum: as requested by a viewer, the list of ingredients is repeated here (it's also in the video):

- Two cups sifted acorn flour
- Half cup sugar
- One TEAspoon baking soda
- One TEAspoon ground cinnamon powder
- Eighth to quarter TEAspoon salt
- Three TABLEspoons melted butter
- One egg
- One TEAspoon vanilla extract
- Conditionally some water (up to a quarter cup)
