Chole bhature is a food dish popular in the northern areas of the Indian subcontinent. It is a combination of chana masala (spicy white chickpeas) and bhatura/puri, a deep-fried bread made from maida. Chole bhature is often eaten as a breakfast dish, sometimes accompanied with lassi.
ingredients For Bhatura
preparation time - 2.5 hours
1 tsp Oil
For Bhatura Without Yeast
11/½ cup Refined flour
2 tbsp Semolina, soaked in water & sugar
1½ tsp Sugar
Salt to taste
1½ tsp Oil
Water as required
1½ cup Curd, beaten
1½ tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Oil
Oil for frying
