Captured here are several emergency ambulances of the private emergency service EMR *9999 responding in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), Vietnam. *9999 is the first and only international standard emergency medical service in Vietnam and uses imported Ford and Mercedes ambulances with advanced equiptment as well as highly trained paramedics and emergency doctors. *9999 is not supported by the government and serves as a reminder of what still needs to be done for emergency infrastructure in Saigon and what could one day be accomplished for the whole country.
