Dungeon:
The same as above can be used with the replacement of the Orders Wrath Ring in the ring 2 slot. Lucky Ghosts guide indicates that using the Ring of Pale Order with Pillar of Nirn for dungeons, I personally feel like the heals you receive from healer teammates negate the need for pale order.

For Trial:
Again, I'm a believer in taking advantage of healers and the Ring of Pale Order prevents teammates from healing you. What I recommend based off of his build is this:
I did not discuss Pillar of Nirn in the video, but swapping Order Wrath out for Pillar of Nirn is definitely optimal for group content! (Pillar of Nirn is a DLC dungeon Set (Falkreath Hold) for those that are wondering)
