INGREDIENTS

FOR THE COOKIE PASTA
6 eggs
120 g sugar
1 vial vanilla aroma Vanilla aroma PANEANGELI
75 g milk
55 g sunflower oil
90 g flour 00
0,5 sachet yeast for sweets Yeast for sweets Pane degli Angeli PANEANGELI

FOR THE CUSTARD
500 ml milk
1 lemon zest
2 eggs
80 g sugar
70 g flour 00
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa for the chocolate half

FOR THE SYRUP
80 ml alchermes
10 ml of water
for decoration
icing sugar PANEANGELI veiled sugar, to taste
