In 2002, TimeSplitters 2 released and became an instant cult classic. But now, nearly 20 years later is TimeSplitters 2 Still Great? (TimeSplitters 2 Review).

Developed by Free Radical Design, TimeSplitters 2 was a follow up to the multiplayer focussed TimeSplitters 1. For Free Radical's second outting, TimeSplitters 2 improved on it's predecessors campaign while expanding on it's multiplayer - four player local play, wacky game modes, incredible maps and absurdist humour. But as we approach TimeSplitters 2's 20th anniversary how does it hold up? Have the controls aged terribly, is TimeSplitters 2 still fun to play and most importantly is TimeSplitters 2 Still Great?

This TimeSplitters 2 review focusses on all parts of the game. We'll discuss the campaign in depth, it's varied objectives and brutal difficulty. Multiplayer/Arcade mode is covered towards the end of the review.
