This is an update of the Mirage Las Vegas demolition taking place on Sunday, September 01, 2024 for the transformation to the Hard Rock Las Vegas. Today, I did the video from across the street at the Venetian Hotel and Casino. I wanted to try to get a new perspective of the property. I brought my regular camera with the better zoom. You can see in the video how most of the trees in the front area are now gone and pretty much all that is left of the water feature is the inside of the volcano. It appears like the inside of the volcano was a pump room. I zoomed in to the main valet area to see if we are able to see into the building through the demoed walls. I was hard to tell on my viewfinder. Gate 1 had a crane out by that entrance.
