The Yorkshire Traction engine Rally was held again in the grounds of Scampston Parks which has been growing steadily since its first appearance back in 2018. However this year see's more Exhibits at the show with what looks like double the amount of Showman's engines generating outside the beer tent with a few Fowler Road loco's filling the gaps.

This video isn't really an overall show of what attends the rally but more what catches my eye at the time so features a bit of the working area, with Mark's not so little Foster steam tractor power a Marshall saw bench to cut up some winter fuel, Kieran Walls Rack saw bench powered by Clayton & Shuttleworth steam engine "Louise". Was also good to see other faces not seen since the Pickering Rally days with Travour Jones Drag saw in operation.
Foster Threshing machine & Jones wire Baler in static display just ticking over with the power of steam by Marshall "Old Lass" & finally my small collection of McCormick B450's Standard 2 wheel drive, Farmall row crop version which were mainly deported with age related B1-42 plough dropped in for a static display with the best in the middle the 4 wheel drive Roadless B450. However i still think the 1942 International W9 is still my favourite and took it to the Fleece in Rillington for a ride out to sample some of the local Fish & chips & then on bit further to Scagglethrope to "Pork & Cheddar" Ham & Cheese Pub along with the other Engines, Tractors & wagons which we see a few leave later before night sets in where we'll be back at the beer tent to see who can master the Beer Puppeteer.

As always the best way to see & experience a Steam Rally is to be apart of it so get yourselves there next year wether it be exhibtor or spectator see there next year.
