Hey, in this video I will show you how to reset your Carlinkit AI Box / T-Box very easily. Maybe you want to sell the device or it just doesn't work properly anymore. No problem, with a reset you can make it fresh and start again. When the process is complete, the system will reappear in its original state. Even deleted apps will be restored and all settings will be as they were when you bought the device.

So, to reset the device to factory settings, you simply go to Settings. There you select the "Reset Options" option and then "Erase All Data Factory Reset". Here you confirm that you really want to erase everything and the device restarts. It may take a while, about two to five minutes, so be patient. It is important that your radio is not switched off during this time, otherwise the device could be really defective.

During the reset, the animation may hang and you may think that the device is broken. But don't worry, this is part of the process. Just wait it out and don't panic. Once the process is complete, the system will reappear as it was before. Even apps you deleted yourself will be restored and all settings will be as they were when you bought the device.

A reset can also be helpful if you bought a used device and it doesn't work properly. With it, you can reset all apps and settings and return the device to its original state.
