In YT's special feature, a family and a friend spent a night here to experience tribal life without electricity. At night, I brought macro equipment to take pictures of many insects and sporadic starry skies. The water for bathing was stone. It can be seen that there is mountain spring water flowing down the mountain that is suitable for drinking. Therefore, it was very cold. Every time I flushed the water, I always took a breath. , but I felt very comfortable after washing (but I will continue to wash with warm water when I return to the city). In the evening, I drank red wine with the elder sister of the tribe and blew in the cool breeze. It was a long time without 3C, because there was almost no signal reception on the mountain.

Because there are many pores in the stone house, it is warm in winter and cool in summer, which is quite comfortable. However, what I was not used to at first was that there were many hornets patrolling here. The sound of the tribe taught us not to make big movements. Just don’t let him in, so when you take a nap, you will hear a low buzzing sound, yes! It’s not a fly!! It’s a hornet. It’s really a frightening and novel experience.

The elder sister of the tribe also prepared millet jellyfish, baked eggs, roasted sweet potatoes, and other ingredients to entertain us. The more special ingredient is fermented pork, which is fermented with the mother of taro (the mother plant of potato). The pork is fermented with salt. The pork is smeared and then sealed and fermented in an urn for several months. It tastes like sake lees, sour, umami, bacon, etc. The taste is full of layers. I want to make it myself and ferment it. This is not entertaining tourists. Because I didn’t have enough to eat myself, I was just entertaining friends, so it was very novel for me. We also brought steaks, which were grilled using longan wood to create a smoky flavor, which was very similar to eating Smoking Joe’s cuisine. , I only added salt, and it was able to produce such a taste. The food was indeed very watery.

Children also have a lot of fun here, because they can actually play with fire! The elder sisters of the tribe teach them to make fires to burn firewood, burn leaves to smoke insects, etc. Such behavior is absolutely not allowed at home, and knocking things over here is illegal. You won't be scolded because you can give it to the ants, playing with fire is okay because it is necessary for daily life, and running around noisily is okay.
