I tried cinnamon and sweet taste on the morning bread.
The plain classic morning bread is delicious, but I highly recommend it if you want to make it a little more special.

250g bread flour
25g Sugar
5g Salt
4g dry yeast
40g Eggs
130g Milk
40g unsalted butter

4Tb Black sugar
1Tb Sugar
1/2 Tb Cinnamon
60g unsalted butter
