i've decided not to pursue the case as from what was said is andy's muscles were too weak and with his stoma operation it caused the blockage. a number of things were against him with his health and they did what they could.
andy was a stubborn man and they said they could of done something about the blockage with no surgical intervention. but andy refused to go into hospital.
there will always be unanswered questions as to why he lost the weight he did.
