Singapore Airlines flies to New York - JFK twice a day. The other flight, operated by B777-300ER makes a stop in Frankfurt (Germany).
Singapore Airlines has fifth freedom rights between Frankfurt and New York - JFK.
The other daily non-stop flight (also operated by A350 - ULR) goes to Newark.
Low cabin altitude in new generation aircrafts such as A350 means better cabin air quality. It helps dealing with dry nose and throat.
I didn't get bored at all during this 17 and half hours flight.
