▸1.5 ounces of earl grey-infused bourbon, or any irish whiskey
▸1.5 ounces Winter Wassail, or pomegranate juice + holiday spice blend
▸1 barspoon smokey maple syrup
▸Shake!
▸Pour over ice cube (infused with cranberry, dehydrated blood orange wheel,
and a sprig of rosemary
▸Top with prosecco & enjoy!
