What the title says. This is week 5 from my Candito 6 Wk Strength Program. I typically would take a few days or a week off and then test my 1RM, but this time I’m using the projected 1RM from the max effort sessions and rolling straight over into a new Candito Strength program after subjectively recovering from my max effort deadlift session. Benching 260 lbs tomorrow for 1-4 reps, and sumo deadlifting 485 lbs for 1-4 reps on Friday. This set puts my projected 1 rep squat max at 430 lbs.
