Cold Soup
Ingredients
750 gr strained yoghurt
A cup of wheat
A bowl of sweet corn
One cucumber
A pinch of fresh mint
two cloves of garlic
a teaspoon of salt
A cup of cold water
olive oil
Preparation
After washing and rinsing the wheat well, we add two glasses of water to it and cook it on low heat with the lid closed. Then we let it cool. Add strained yoghurt and cold water into the mixing bowl and whisk. We add finely chopped cucumbers with their peel, fresh mint, garlic, salt, olive oil and wheat in the mixing bowl and mix them well. Take the soup into a serving bowl, add olive oil to it. Serve after cooling in the refrigerator. On hot summer days, this soup should always be on our tables. Wish you health to your hands. Bon Appetit
