Kali ini saya mau gowes nanjak dari Dari pertigaan Dawe menuju Ternadi, saya sendirian bersepeda tanggal 21 Oktober 2023, berangkat dari rumah jam 5.30.
Rute yang dilalui berupa tanjakan yang cukup curam, dengan rentang gradien antara 1% sampai 20%.
Dalam perjalanan ada yang saya tuntun sepedanya, karena heart rate sudah melampaui batas....he...he..
