With one of the hottest summers in UK history, my usual campaign-style angling had to be placed on hold. The night time temperatures were more bearable, so I met up with a few friends at a London dock. The plan was to catch as many carp as possible throughout the hours of darkness, using surface fishing methods. It's safe to say, we didn't get much sleep.
