Ground Beef and Cabbage Soup is a healthy and hearty dish! It’s made with ground beef, shredded cabbage, white beans and potatoes simmered in a delicious broth. It’s a perfect warm and cozy dish made with the simplest ingredients!

Ground Beef and Cabbage soup

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
5 cups beef broth
2 potatoes, peeled and diced
5 cups shredded cabbage
2 15 oz cans white beans, drained

Directions
Heat oil over medium high heat and add ground beef. Season with salt and pepper and cook until cooked through. Drain excess liquid.
Add a little more oil, onions and garlic and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Add beef broth, cabbage, potatoes and white beans. Bring to a boil and season really well with salt and pepper. Lower heat to medium low, cover and let cook for 20 minutes.
