Explanation:
So after Tommy got Exiled from L'Manberg by Tubbo he was stranded on his own by Dream. Wilbur didn't join Tommy because he wasn't allowed to leave. Tommy spend; hours, days, months away from L'Manberg.
Tommy lost it after being 4 months away from everyone in L'Manberg so he decided to give them a little visit. Tommy has been building and bottling up so many emotions to the point that he has snapped and they have taken over him completely.
