A house tour we cobbled together before we left DC earlier this year. We lived in DC from 2016 to 2023, and we bought the condo in 2017 when the interest rates were still low. It was a new build and the price was in the upper 300k. It was at the southmost end of the Wharf development so we got to enjoy the new walkable area without having to deal with the crowds. We put about 100K down and our monthly payment was about $2000 exact, including HOA(~$400)/escrow/taxes/etc. We liked the area although it was a bit sterile. The lack of through traffic was pretty unique to the SW quadrant and great for walking around with our daughter though.
