An Easy Way To Determine R-S Configuration Of COMPLEX Chiral Compounds:
A Lot Of Examples

For a better understanding, it may help to watch our video "Easy R-S Configuration of Fischer Projections":    • Easy R-S Configuration of Fischer Pro...

*Content Correct at ~8:30: oops... my bad... the alpha carbon below the chiral carbon is tertiary, while the carbons on the left and right are only secondary, which means the tertiary alpha carbon below the chiral carbon is priority 1 because it is higher order than the two secondary alpha carbons on the left and right; then the side with the carbonyl (C=O) on the beta carbon (right side) would be priority 2, and then left-side would be priority 3... minor but important oversight on my part
