Lama Chime Dorji of Kalimpong was the heartson of Late Dudjom Rinpoche. He was from Kham who left in the year 2012 at prime age of 93. Just a year after his death, he was reincarnated to one of the family in eastern part of Bhutan with many auspicious omens. His mother died when he was just eight months. Though his recognition was left unknown for several years, later Dudjume yangsi of Tibet recognized H.E lama Chimi yangsi rinpoche and he was enthorned in Kalimpong Zangdopelri Monastery, India during descending day of Lord Buddha. Thousands of devotees attended the ceremony.
