It's pretty popular Finnish song which is for some reason every couple of years a new meme is made of it (the latest one I think is the vocaloid hatsune miku one).
This video is basically made solely for my mom. The funny jamming cat meme video is probably her favorite video of all time second by the tabla cover of Cat Jamming To Ievan Polkka by the Turkish drummer Bilal Göregen. I would say this video is quite out of season but I started working on this video a while back (when the meme was popular) and I just recently found an artist to create the illustrations. I was planning to upload the video on her birthday but she got sick last October and I showed her an early version of it to cheer her up, and ever since she's been asking me when will I upload it.
