Handguards bent? Great trick or hack for straightening motorcycle handguards. The important thing is to get them back to the exact bend. When you do this make sure get them exact or you handle bar mounts will end up in the wrong place or your knuckles will hit the inside of the guards. Just a few mm off is all it takes to mess it up.

Works for KTM 790, dual sport, adventure motorcycle, thumper, two-stroke, atv handguards and the like. Easy DIY job. I have done this with my hanguards for my KTM 230 and my KTM 350. It's good to know whether you do enduro, dualsport or extreme enduro or hard enduro, everyone bends them sometime.
