In this video I want to show how to make a sandwich. It is consisted of condensed milk and whipping cream (which I've learnt from a Japanese recipe) so it's very soft and fragrant with milk from the inside. And the outside, people may not like it very much because it's drier and harder. But when you bake with the right temperature and the right amount of time, it's still soft and delicious.
Let's make it together.

INGREDIENTS:
19.5 x 10 x 11.5cm mold:
310g bread flour
4g instant yeast
37g condensed milk
100g whipping cream
125g water
25g caster sugar
25g unsalted butter
4g salt

I always like the soft and stretchy sandwich so I used bread flour in this recipe. If you like the one they sold in supermarket, you can use all-purpose flour to make it less stretchy. In that case, you may need less water. You should save about 25 - 45g water to add later if needed.

If you don't have whipping cream, you can replace it with 100g whole milk
